Prescription commentary
"Tokisyakuyakusanryo" is a herbal medicine used for irregular menstruation, dizziness, and lightheadedness.
It is suitable for those with easily cold hands and feet, anemia, and fatigue.
In Chinese medicine, there is a concept of "blood," which carries nutrients and heat throughout the body, and "water," which moistens the body.
Insufficient blood causes irregular menstruation, such as decreased menstrual blood volume and delayed menstruation.
In addition, if the circulation of "water" is stagnant, the area becomes swollen, and headaches and a feeling of heaviness in the head can occur.
Tokisyakuyakusanryo improves symptoms such as irregular menstruation, cold feet and legs, and swelling by supplementing "blood" and circulating "water.
Usage/Capacity
Take the following dosages with water or warm water before a meal.

Medicinal effect
Following symptoms in persons with poor physical strength who tend to be sensitive to cold, tend to get tired easily, have an anemic tendency, and sometimes complaint lower abdominal pain, heavy head, dizziness, stiff shoulder, ear noise, and/or palpitation: Menstrual irregularity, menstrual disorders, menstrual pain, menopausal disorders, disorders before and after child birth or due to abortion (anemia, fatigue/malaise, dizziness, edema), dizziness, syncope, heavy head, stiff shoulder, lower back pain, over-sensitiveness to cold in the lower half of the body, chilblains, edema, spot of the skin, and ear noise.
