Which countries do you currently ship to?

We deliver to countries based on the international parcel delivery regions of Japan Post. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart. This is a service that ships Japanese herbal medicine overseas. We mainly sell traditional Chinese medicinal herbs that can be exported abroad (Category 2 and Category 3 drugs in general pharmaceuticals).

Yes, we offer tracking services. It can be added as an option during the order, with an additional fee of 460 Japanese Yen. For details, please refer to this page.

Can products be returned or exchanged?

In the event you receive defective or incorrect products, we usually provide a refund. Please note that if items are returned to Japan due to the recipient being unavailable for an extended period or failure to pay taxes and duties, we will be unable to offer a refund. If you wish to receive a refund for defective products, please contact info@kampostation.jp.

In our store, we prioritize the protection of your privacy. Personal information received from customers will not be used for purposes other than shipping products and responding to inquiries. Additionally, personal information is protected by encrypted communication.

About restricted and prohibited items

A

Each country/region has different quarantine laws for mailed items. Customers are responsible for contacting the customs office of the receiving country and confirming detailed information when making a purchase. We do not sell products
regulated by the Washington Convention, such as musk extracts, bear gallbladders, rhino horns, etc.

About customs procedures and duties

A

Purchased items may be subject to customs duties and other import taxes when clearing customs in the receiving country. In such cases, the recipient will be responsible for directly paying the required fees to the delivery company upon delivery. Please note that policies regarding tax collection and customs fees vary by country/region, so please contact the customs office of the receiving country for more information.

What currency can be used for settlement at Kampo Station?

Kampo Station accepts payments in Japanese yen.
※ Kampo Station does not charge any additional fees. However, when using a card in a currency other than yen, some banks may charge you an international transaction fee. Please inquire with your bank before making a purchase.
