"Tokakujokito" is a herbal medicine used for constipation, menstrual cramps, and back pain associated with menstruation.
It is suitable for those who are prone to sweating and constipation on a regular basis.
In Chinese medicine, there is a concept of "blood," which carries nutrients and heat throughout the body, and "qi," which means vital energy.
When blood is stagnant in the lower abdomen, lower abdominal pain and constipation occur.
Tokakujokito helps to improve symptoms such as menstrual irritability, anxiety, menstrual cramps, and constipation by regulating the flow of qi and blood.
Usage/Capacity
Take the following dosages with water or warm water before a meal.
- 15 years and over
- 1 packet
- 7 years old and over and under 15 years old
- 2/3 packet
- 4 years old and over and under 7 years old
- 1/2 packet
- 2 years old and over and under 4 years old
- 1/3 packet
- Less than 2 years

Medicinal effect
Following symptoms in persons with moderate or more physical strength who have hot flashes and a tendency to constipation: Menstrual irregularity, dysmenorrhea, menstrual pain, anxiety during menstruation or after childbirth, lower back pain, constipation, accessory symptoms of hypertension (headache, dizziness, stiff shoulder) , hemorrhoid, and contusion.
