Prescription commentary

"Rikkunshito" is a herbal medicine used for stomach problems such as loss of appetite and indigestion.

It is suitable for those who have always had a weak stomach.

In Chinese medicine, there is a concept of "qi," which means life energy.

Qi is produced from nutrients in food, but when gastrointestinal function is impaired, the body is unable to digest and absorb nutrients, and thus cannot produce enough qi.

Rikkunshito supplements qi and removes water from the stomach, thereby regulating stomach function and improving symptoms such as loss of appetite and indigestion.
