Prescription commentary

"Keishibukuryoganryo" is a herbal medicine used for menstrual cramps, stiff shoulders, and blotches.

It is suitable for those who are prone to heat exhaustion and those who have a warm face but cold feet.

In Chinese medicine, there is a concept of "qi," or energy, and "blood," which carries nutrients and heat throughout the body.

When qi is concentrated in the upper part of the body and blood is stagnant without circulation, the face becomes hot and the feet cold.

Keishibukuryoganryo improves menstrual cramps, stiff shoulders, and blemishes by bringing down qi and improving the circulation of stagnant blood.
