"Saikokeishikankyoto" is a herbal remedy listed in the Chinese medical treatise "Shokanron", which is considered to be a classic of Chinese herbal medicine.
It is effective for menopausal disorders, insomnia, neurosis, and hematochezia in irritable patients with anemia, coldness, palpitations, and shortness of breath.
Usage/Capacity
Take the following dosages 3 times a day with water or warm water between meals.
- Adult (15 years old and over)
- 4 tablets
- Under 15 years old 7 years old and over
- 3 tablets
- Under 7 years old 5 years old and over
- 2 tablets
- Less than 5 years
- Do not use

The daily dose of 12 tablets (360 mg/tablet) contains 2,480 mg of Saikokeishikankyoto a
dried extract from the following mixed crude drugs;
Bupleurum Root 4.8g,Cinnamon Bark 2.4g,Scutellaria 2.4g,Oyster Shell 2.4g,
Trichosanthes Root 2.4g,Processed Ginger 1.6g,Glycyrrhiza 1.6g.
As inactive ingredients, this medicine contains Corn starch, Anhydrous Silicic Acid,aluminum
silicate,Carmellose Calcium, and Magnesium Stearate.
medicinal effect
Following symptoms in patients of moderate or lower physical fitness, with hypochondria, anemia, irritability, palpitations, shortness of breath, occasional sweating, head sweats, and dry mouth: menopausal disorders, blood dyscrasias, insomnia, nervousness, palpitations, shortness of breath, late-stage symptoms of a cold, bronchitis.
