“Yokukansankachimpihange” is a Japanese empirical herbal combination developed for use in adults. It consists of a formula called Yokukansan (originally used for the treatment of epilepsy and seizures in children, as described in “Hoeisatsuyou,” a Chinese medical book that is regarded as a classic in the field of herbal medicines) and crude drugs: pinellia tuber and citrus unshiu peel.
This medicine is suitable for nervous adults and children. It is effective in these people for neurosis, insomnia, baby's night crying and infantile gastrointestinal disorders, etc.
Usage/Capacity
Take the following dosages 3 times a day with water or warm water before or between meals.

The daily dose of 12 tablets (345 mg/packet) contains 2,500 mg of Yokukansankachimpihange extract from the following mixed crude drugs;
Pinellia Tuber 2.5 g, Atractylodes Rhizome 2.0 g, Poria Sclerotium 2.0 g, Cnidium Rhizome 1.5 g, Citrus Unshiu Peel 1.5 g, Japanese Angelica Root 1.5 g, Uncaria Hook 1.5 g, Bupleurum Root 1.0 g, Glycyrrhiza 0.65 g.
As inactive ingredients, this medicine contains Talc, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Carmellose Calcium, Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose, Hypromellose, Macrogol, and Carnauba Wax.
medicinal effect
Following symptoms in persons with moderate physical strength who complain of slight gastrointestinal weakness, tend to get easily excited, and become irritated easily: Neurosis, insomnia, baby's night crying, infantile gastrointestinal disorders (Nervousness), menopausal disorders, chi-no-michi-sho*, and bruxism. *Chi-no-michi-sho is a generic term for neuropsychiatric symptoms such as anxiety and irritation, and physical symptoms due to fluctuation of female hormones caused by menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.
